Arsenal vs Bournemouth

Alexandre Lacazette will hope to earn a start after a shock relegation to the bench in the debacle at Anfield. Sead Kolasinac, a free transfer from Schalke, is also hoping to earn a recall. Bournemouth captain Simon Francis will return to hold the fort after missing the last two games with a hamstring strain. It can be summed up as a clash of two desperate teams. The Gunners have lost two in a row, while the Cherries are yet to earn a point. Fortunately, the London side have a superior head-to-head record against the southern coast side with four wins out of five. The odd one out was an exciting 3-3 draw in January, which Arsene Wenger's men recovered from three goals down. Defeat for Arsenal could spell another new low, leaving them with the lowest ever points tally at this stage.

Arsenal returned to winning ways with a 3-0 win over AFC Bournemouth.

After two defeats in a row, Arsenal got off to a great start when Danny Welbeck bundled home Sead Kolasinac's cross after six minutes.

Welbeck was involved in the second, setting up Alexandre Lacazette to curl home in the 27th minute.

Moments after Jermain Defoe hit a post with a header, Arsenal got their third after the break.

Aaron Ramsey set free Welbeck on the left and he finished into the far corner.

Arsenal played the last 10 minutes with 10 men after Francis Coquelin, one of three substitutes, went off injured, but apart from Petr Cech tipping over a Lys Mousset header, AFC Bournemouth rarely threatened to score a second goal this season.
