Sweden vs Italy

You will have to be 60 years old to witness the last time Italy missed out on the World Cup finals.

Sweden will now attempt to inflict this tormentous fate on the Azzurri. The Swedes finished second in their qualifying group, behind France but ahead of Holland.

The Scandinavians have not really improved in the post-Zlatan Ibrahimovic era with Emil Forsberg the team's biggest name. The RB Leipzig playmaker supplies the ammunition to a respectable front two of Marcus Berg and John Guidetti.

As for Italy, there are doubts over their starting line-up at the Friends Arena as head coach Giampiero Ventura has seen his striking options dwindle over the last few days.

Lazio's Ciro Immobile and Torino's Andrea Belotti are not fully fit and on Thursday Simone Zaza of Valencia limped out of training after exacerbating a pre-existing knee injury. He will travel, though.

The Italians squeezed past Sweden 1-0 in a group game at Euro 2016. Eder got the winning goal two minutes from time.
